CREATIVE ARTISTS’ UNION IN CULTURAL SPACE OF KOLA POLAR REGION

Abstract. The author studies the main stages of professional creative Artists’ Union formation and development in the cultural space of Kola polar region, analyzes the activity of the creative Union as a social-cultural institution, which carries out the planning, organization and coordination of artists’ activity, as an important part of the regional artistic culture, and pays special attention to the study of professional Artists’ Union role in the contemporary social-cultural development of the region.
