Abstract. The author researches the order of correlation and the degree of interaction between law and morality as the basic social regulators in the aspect of law moralization position, which is widespread in contemporary philosophical and legal works, reveals the content of this approach, and also determines its essential contradictions in the questions of morality influence on law formation and functioning.
