HUMAN SEXUAL RIGHTS: NEW VIEW OF MODERN SOCIETY ON SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR REGULATION

Abstract. Human sexual behaviour up to the middle of the ХХ th century was studied by legal scholars through the analysis of legal prohibitions in the sexual sphere of life. The decriminalization of non-violent sexual behaviour, along with the development of human rights conception became the basis for the research of this sphere of life in the light of human rights, which, in turn, actualized the questions of sexual rights place in the system of basic human rights, the role of the state in their implementation and the problem of their universalization.
