MUSIC AND STAGE ROWS INTERACTION IN OPERA-PERFORMANCE (BY EXAMPLE OF "BORIS GODUNOV" BY M. MUSSORGSKY – A. TARKOVSKY)

Abstract. The problem of artistic synthesis in opera genre is considered in the article. For the first time synesthetic approach is used for the opera-performance analysis that allows revealing the deep mechanisms of sense generation while transferring musical action to stage one. The considered examples of sound-visual counterpoint allowed observing the process of the sense non-verbal "re-expression" of musical score "Boris Godunov" by M. Mussorgsky in the stage row of the performance by A. Tarkovsky.
