J. S. BACH. "CAPRICCIO ON DEPARTURE OF BELOVED BROTHER": PROGRAM COMPOSITION IN CONTEXT OF SYNTHESIS OF ARTS

Kirienko Irina Vyacheslavovna
Far Eastern State Academy of Arts

Abstract. The article examines the problem of the interaction of music and painting in the epoch of baroque through program character. The manifestation of pictorial principle in baroque music is associated, first of all, with the flowering of program character. In the composition by J. S. Bach "Capriccio on the Departure of Beloved Brother" a non-musical source - program - is realized at various levels of the musical composition (title, headlines and genre characteristics of each of the parts, musical vocabulary). The author tries to show how the interaction of various kinds of art helps to understand the meaning of the musical composition of the past.
Key words and phrases: барокко, синтез музыки и живописи, программность, звукоизобразительность, музыкальная лексика, baroque, synthesis of music and painting, program character, sound pictorialism, musical vocabulary
