SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN CONTEMPORARY CONSTITUTIONAL STATE

Abstract. The article considers the problem of social responsibility in the sphere of public relations. It is shown that the state has social responsibility not only in terms of ensuring social guarantees to population, but also in all the spheres of legal system construction. The weakening of the social and traditional foundations of legal system due to the excessive strengthening of its general principles of freedom, justice and common good leads to the weakening of social connections and to the substitution of social relations by the legal form of relations.
