THEORETICAL PLURALISM AS BASIS OF PERSONALITY’S IDENTIFICATION MODEL

Abstract. The existing disciplinary approaches and conceptions of personality are analyzed, and the narrowness and fragmentariness of these studies are mentioned. The article suggests considering the twofold nature of personality as a subject-bearer and a subject-doer, the creator of reality; the social-cultural formation of personality is traced. The author’s definition of personality is presented. The integrative model, necessary for personality identification on the basis of theoretical and methodological pluralism, which has practical significance in the conditions of information society, is developed.
