FEATURES OF NOTION "RISK" IN CONTRACT OF PROPERTY INSURANCE

Abstract. The article is devoted to revealing the features of the notion "risk" in the contract of property insurance. Today we can see the ambiguous usage of the term "risk" in insurance legislation that causes differences in law enforcement activity. In the article the definition and characteristics of the risk insured according to the contract of property insurance are formulated that allows differentiating the risks subject to property insurance from other risks.
