EVOLUTION OF LABOUR ORIENTATIONS OF UKRAINIAN STUDENT YOUTH

Abstract. The main problem of higher education today is the quantity and quality inadequacy of specialists’ training to labour market demands. In these conditions students have to find the optimal ways of adaptation to the existing circumstances. In the article, by the materials of archives and sociological researches (conducted with the author’s participation), the evolution of the labour orientations of the Ukrainian higher education establishments students beginning from the 1990s is considered. The actualization of this problem will help to better understand the position of student youth and to correct education policy properly.
