AUTHORITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF CASUALNESS TIME OF NORTH-CAUCASIAN RAILROAD EMPLOYEES IN THE 1920S

Abstract. Social time management is studied in the article. By the example of the North-Caucasian railroads operation such a function of authority is revealed as the regulation of time, which in fact turns into the controlled process of "civilizing". The phenomenon of soviet citizens’ transformation into the consumers of ready-made time forms is analyzed in the article, dual attitude towards time in the 1920s is revealed: there was attitude towards time that is characteristic both for traditional and industrial societies.
