FEATURES OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS REPATRIATES IN SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE 1950S (BY MATERIALS OF THE BASHKIR ASSR)

Abstract. In the article some aspects of the work organization on training specialists in the higher school of the postwar period are considered. By the example of the Bashkir ASSR the concrete facts of the state and party bodies’ approach towards repatriates’ enrolment in higher education establishments are given. The characteristics of the formed state structure system are revealed in the context of attitude towards repatriates in the system of higher education.
