PERSPECTIVES OF RESEARCHING ETHICAL REGULATION OF COGNITIVE PRACTICES

Abstract. In the article the topical problem of searching the efficient mechanisms of the regulation of the constantly growing flow of knowledge and information that overfilled modern society is touched upon. There is a great number of mechanisms for the regulation of cognitive practices; they are political, economic, ideological, religious, ethical and others. But the article is devoted to the issue of the necessity to study the ethical regulation of cognitive practices deeper as it may help society, in the author’s opinion, to secure itself against the intention towards knowledge, which ruins society, man and culture.
