CORPORATE CULTURE AS INDIRECT MECHANISM OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IMAGE FORMATION

Abstract. The article examines the issues related to corporate culture, its impact on the effectiveness of the organization activity; studies the corporate culture of the higher education institution (by the example of State Pedagogical Institute located in the small provincial town, Shadrinsk): the steps and mechanisms of creating the corporate image of the higher education institution through corporate culture resources are determined; the role of the higher education institution highly-developed corporate culture in ensuring its competitiveness in educational market is analyzed.
