IMPROVEMENT OF CRIMINAL-PROCEDURAL ACTIVITY OF SUBDIVISIONS OF INQUIRY

Abstract. In the article the procedural right of an investigator to give assignments to the agency of inquiry is considered. The necessity of the procedural improvement of the mentioned institution with respect to the existing law enforcement practice is revealed and grounded. On the basis of the conducted research the author suggests supplementing Part 3 of Article 41 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation with additional paragraphs, which allow regulating the right of an investigator to give assignments, the time of the performance of the mentioned assignments, the complete data of an addressee in more detail.
