PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF ARTISTIC TASTE FORMING

Abstract. The article considers the problems of the structure of artistic taste in the works of the foreign and Russian scientists. For the first time the paper touches on the problem of its correlation with the structure of a personality. The author makes an attempt to justify the presence of a semantic component in the structure of taste and the associated function of "search for a meaning" of an artistic phenomenon. The analysis of the interaction of the components of the structure of taste and the structure of a personality enables to extend considerably the pedagogical potential of the category of taste. The paper also examines the basic functions of taste in their interaction.
