CORRELATION AND MUTUAL CONDITIONALITY OF INFORMATION AND INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS REGULATION: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract. In the article the thesis about value, which information has in modern society, and the unity of the sphere of spiritual production is grounded. At the level of legislation intellectual rights are not considered, though legal theory and legal doctrine gradually come to the recognition of the information nature of the objects of intellectual rights. In the work the author makes conclusion about changes in the legal world view and the transformation of the paradigm of intellectual rights.
