IMAGE OF THE SPANISH DANCE AND SPECIFICS OF INTERPRETING THE SUITE BY MANUEL INFANTE "ANDALUSIAN DANCES"

Abstract. The article analyzes imaginative sphere in instrumental cycle based on the traditions of the Spanish dancing culture. The paper aims to reveal the influence of folkloric origins on the image of instrumental dance in the aspect of forming masterly ensemble dramaturgy. The author identifies the most important backgrounds for the appearance of piano duet cycle at the beginning of the XX century in Spain. The analytical method of testing reveals the artistic and informative peculiarities of musical notation, in which musical tasks are combined with plastic and gesture representations.
