PHENOMENON OF DEMAND FOR MEDICAL CARE IN DISCOURSE OF SOCIOLOGY OF EVERYDAY LIFE

Abstract. The topicality of the article is in the necessity to improve theoretical and methodological backgrounds for investigating medical activity in sociology. The paper aims at the analysis of the content and specifics of studying the phenomenon of demand for medical care in the discourse of the sociology of everyday life. The novelty of the work is in identifying the externalist and internalist motives of applying dramaturgic methods for investigating medical behaviour. The authors conclude on the possibility for the integration of various theories of everyday life based on mechanism for understanding human actions.
