POWER IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION: PERSPECTIVES AND RISKS

Abstract. The article examines the issues of the transformation and distribution of power in the process of globalization. Emphasis is put on the poly-factorial character of this process and potential risks for the majority of the population of the world or its referential groups. The intentional component of the concept of power in the context of globalization is problematized. The conclusion is made about various nature of risks generated by it and the objective difficulty of its development forecasting.
