Pashkovskii Petr Igorevich
V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University

Abstract. The article examines the problem of the periodization of Russia’s integration activity within Eurasian space. Relying on the analysis of historical experience the author specifies the content of its basic stages, describes specialists’ approaches. The paper shows that the rises and falls of Russia’s imperial power do not correlate with chronological rhythmicity having different time lengths. The researcher distinguishes five stages of integration activity and six stages of passivity and disintegration.
