SPECIFICS OF QUESTIONING WHILE INVESTIGATING CRIMES COMMITTED USING BANK DEBIT CARDS

Abstract. The article covers the relevant problems of conducting investigative actions on the crimes committed using bank debit cards, in particular, questioning. The author analyzes in detail the peculiarities of the preparatory actions of the investigator and his/her choice of tactics on questioning the employees of the bank, the victim (the card holder), the suspect (accused), which will help investigative officers to efficiently organize the investigation of the mentioned type of crimes.
