Abstract. The article focuses on the current state of regime in investigative isolation wards. The study aims to explore and analyze various aspects of organizing regime in investigative isolation wards within the framework of penitentiary system, to identify the problems of organizing regime in investigative isolation wards. In this connection the authors analyze the positive and negative aspects of organizing the investigative isolation ward regime, its specifics. Special attention is paid to the problems of providing regime.
