FORMATION OF REGIONAL YOUTH POLICY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of the formation and development of state youth policy in the Russian Federation constituent territories at the beginning of the 1990s - in the 2000s. The author reveals the peculiarities of the regional youth policy. The impact of changes in the system of the management of state youth policy at the federal level owing to systemic transformations in the state and society on the process of the creation and further development of the regional youth policy is shown.
