POLITICAL ASPECTS OF ENERGY SECURITY IN NORTHEAST ASIA

Abstract. In the article modern threats to regional and international security, in particular, energy are analyzed. Attention is drawn to one of the dynamically developing sub-regions of the world - Northeast Asia, to the fact how the Ukrainian crisis has affected (and will affect in the future) energy security in Northeast Asia at regional and national levels. The researcher does not aim at considering all the economic nuances of these processes presenting his own view on their political aspects to the readers.
