PEDAGOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF SOCIO-LEGAL COMPETENCY OF ORPHANS AT BOARDING SCHOOLS

Abstract. The article makes an analysis of the organization of academic process on legal education at the boarding schools of Volgograd and the region. As a result of the performed work it is established that the level of the legal knowledge of the inmates of these institutions is low and generally has an empirical character. Legal ignorance leads to the fact that they don’t have skills of the independent defence of their rights and interests. On the basis of the conducted analysis the principles of the content of the legal education of the children living at boarding schools are suggested. Their realization will allow providing the continuity and succession of legal education.
