CORRELATION BETWEEN ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL FACTORS IN TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIAL AND LABOUR CONFLICTS IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract. The article considers the dynamics of social and labour conflict that arises as social-economic confrontation with the employer, and as a result turns into a political protest. Ways to prevent such social and labour conflicts by strengthening the structural capacity of the State Labour Inspectorate are suggested. At the moment the State Labour Inspectorate has the legal status of public authority, but in fact acts as a representative of hired personnel.
