ENSURING LEGALITY OF ADOPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCEDURAL DECISIONS BY INVESTIGATIVE AGENCY HEAD

Abstract. The article reveals the main points of criminal-procedural and organizational activity carried out by the head of the investigative agency on ensuring the legality of decisions made by the investigator. Particular attention is paid to the algorithm of the actions of the head of the investigative agency associated with the procedural and organizational aspects of his activity, which is aimed at ensuring the legality of making and implementing decisions. Due to the lack of the algorithm of actions for the head of the investigative agency the author suggests making changes to departmental normative legal acts.
