COMPONENTS OF CRIME AS GROUNDS OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract. Basing on the analysis of criminal law the article considers the structure and content of the components of crime definitively not consolidated as a notion in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the close interconnection of the components of crime as the basis of criminal liability and the process of socially dangerous acts qualification. On the assumption of the established legislative model of the components of crime and the rules of qualification developed by criminal law science the position of the components of crime within the framework of criminal law and the content of elements, which form them, are proposed.
