Abstract. On the basis of a wide range of sources in the article the process of the formation and development of the organizational structure of students’ construction brigades in the Altai region in 1965-1970 is revealed. The management structure of the students’ brigades of the region in preparatory and working periods is analyzed. The role of state authorities and public organizations in the development of the management system of construction brigades’ movement is shown.
