INTERNALISM AND EXTERNALISM IN PHILOSOPHY OF CONSCIOUSNESS AS APPLIED TO IDEA OF CONSTRUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL CONSCIOUS ARRANGEMENT

Abstract. The supposition about the possibility of creating artificial conscious arrangement is based on certain ontological and metaphysical assumptions: some variants of metaphysics admit such a possibility, others - not. The article is devoted to the demonstration of the fact that the internalist conceptions of consciousness allow the creation of artificial conscious arrangements, while externalist ones represented mainly by different variants of non-classical epistemology do not allow them, as well as of some of the consequences of this situation.
