PSYCHOLOGICAL SOURCES OF CORRUPTION

Abstract. The article deals with the psychological sources of the phenomenon of corruption, among which the main ones are as follows: deprivation, frustration and deviation. The main motives of corruption acts are found in these phenomena. Taking into account these psychological factors the author comes to the conclusion about the need to work out more appropriate methods of struggle with corruption that are mainly focused on the prevention of deviant behavior rather than on legal regulation.
