IMPACT OF COMPETITION AND RATIONALIZATION ACTIVITY ON PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY IN 1946-1970 (BY THE EXAMPLE OF BARNAUL KNITTING FACTORY)

Abstract. In the article the author studies the historical experience on the formation of moral and psychological climate in Barnaul knitting factory based on the traditions of socialist competition and rationalization activity, which were laid in the first two post-war decades. It is shown that the practical realization of the ideas of industrial competition and rationalization activity ensured the fulfillment of the tasks on improving the efficiency of production in 1946-1970.
