ROLE OF LEND-LEASE DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR: MODERN ASSESSMENTS

Abstract. In the article the role of lend-lease during the Great Patriotic War is considered and the importance of military aid of the allies to the USSR is shown. The author reveals the diversity of views in historical literature on lend-lease issue. In the work the quantity of deliveries and their percentage in the total logistical support of the Soviet army are analyzed. The researcher assesses the quality of the military supplies of the allies to the Soviet Union during the Great Patriotic War.
