PROBLEMS OF IDENTITY OF TEACHERS OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION (SOCIAL-PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT)

Abstract. The article presents a social-philosophical analysis of the issues of identity of teachers of institutions of higher education in the contemporary Russian society. The essence and structure of identity are discussed. The paper determines constituent elements of the image of a teacher of institutions of higher education: a teacher, a methodologist, a scientific advisor, a scientist-researcher. The author characterizes the main problem of identity of a teacher of institutions of higher education - an internal role conflict generated by multiplicity of the subject’s necessary manifestations.
