GENESIS OF PANCAKE WEEK PHENOMENON FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF PHILOSOPHY OF PRAISING THE NAME

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the origins and conditions for the Pancake Week phenomenon. The publication examines ontological provisions for the origin of this holiday. The study is based on the methodology of philosophy of praising the name, the symbolic conception of word and language, which is outlined in A. F. Losev’s and P. A. Florensky’s philosophy, the conception of the ontological mutual reversibility of language and time phenomena described in the papers by V. A. Friauf and V. V. Kanafyeva.
