Abstract. Relying on N. L. Nagibina’s systemic and typological conception of studying the style peculiarities of creative work in the context of their determination by the creator’s psychological type the author provides an analysis of the cultural and psychological peculiarities of the Chinese painter’s personality as a subject of socio-cultural creation. The paper justifies prospects for using the ideas of the picture’s artistic aura in the philosophical and culturological analysis.
