MODIFICATION OF TUVINIAN FOLK GAMES IN NATIONAL CHOREOGRAPHY

Abstract. The article for the first time provides the history of the development of national Tuvinian choreography. The paper discusses the problems of Tuvinian folk games modification in dance compositions, national ballets, musical and dramatic performances. The authors conclude that the folk games of the Tuvinian ethnos, being an integral element of traditional festal culture, underwent transformation and have remained to the present day. They promote finding the theoretical ways and practical revival and popularization of certain types of national art.
