FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN CULTURAL POLICY AS AN AUTONOMOUS SPHERE OF INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITY OF POST-SOVIET RUSSIA: INSTITUTIONAL ASPECT

Abstract. The article analyzes the development of the foreign cultural policy infrastructure of post-Soviet Russia in close connection with the formation of its normative and legal basis, ideological foundations and with a view to identify its place in the system of national public policy. The author examines the evolution of the top level of Russia’s international cultural activity management and the state of its foreign network of national cultural presence.
