NATIONAL SCHOOLS IN THE KABARDINO-BALKARIAN ASSR IN THE 1940-1950S

Abstract. The article examines the problems of the formation and development of national schools in the Kabardino-Balkarian ASSR in the 1940-1950s in the context of forming pedagogical staff as the key structural component of educational system. The author analyzes the role of science, the state power bodies and the teachers’ community while introducing new pedagogical practices and educational and methodical resources into the educational space of the Republic.
