THE SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUE OF AL-GHAZALI’S ISLAMIC PHILOSOPHY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the modern reading and understanding of spiritual content and sense of eternal moral values, cultivated in the religious and philosophical creativity of the famous Islam thinker al-Ghazali. As in the past, the religious belief contains much moral potential, which is widely used in the development of new, unpredicted forms of social and private life of a human being. The author comes to the conclusion that the realization of most spiritual and moral values, being touched in al-Ghazali’s works, expresses the positive, concrete and historical measure of human perfection.
