Abstract. The article examines the aspects of influence of computer technologies on the development of artistic element in a certain architectural design school, analyzes the transformation of the principles of artistic image creation in the decorative painting in the interaction and interrelation with architectural design project culture. The authors justify the thesis that introduction of modern computer technologies in the decorative painting and project culture requires a detailed scientific study of the process of development and formation of a new type of architectural design school.
