HISTORICAL NARRATIVE AS A COMMUNICATIVE EVENT

Abstract. This article is devoted to the philosophical interpretation of the mechanisms of modern historical consciousness formation. Particular attention is paid to narratives that can create a specific communicative space around them that promotes historical understanding. The article substantiates the right to existence of a special kind of narrative of the included type within the framework of historical reconstructions. The characteristic features of the historical narrative as a communicative event are singled out and described.
