MECHANISM OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract. This article discusses topical issues of constitutional law concerning legislative and organizational regulation of the activity of the Constitutional Assembly in the Russian Federation and analyzes various legal conceptions developed by specialists and introduced as draft laws for consideration by the country’s supreme legislative authority, as a result, the main drawbacks in the proposed options of the legal regulation of the activity of the Constitutional Assembly of the Russian Federation are identified and studied, the key of which is the lack of developed principles and foundations in them.
