LEGAL IDEOLOGY AND LEGAL PSYCHOLOGY IN THE MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY: ANALYSIS OF CORRELATION LINKS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of legal ideology construction in the modern Russian society. Correlation of legal ideology and legal psychology as essential elements of legal conscience is in the centre of attention. The current situation of dissonance between legal ideology and legal psychology is described by the author as a crisis one and therefore requiring revision of fundamental spiritual grounds and principles of their correlation. The conclusion is drawn about the necessity to harmonize individual and socially important legal values in the basis of legal ideology of modern Russia.
