"LOYALTY" AS AN OBJECT OF PHILOSOPHICAL RESEARCH

Abstract. The article is devoted to history of the concept "loyalty" in the focus of the XX-century philosophy and its development in the western science. Works of researchers of "loyalty" are represented as a single direction, which continues traditions established by the American philosopher J. Royce. The author considers problems of theoretical and methodological nature and highlights the main tendencies developing in modern "philosophy of loyalty".
