QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT: BOUNDARIES OF VALUES AND SENSE

Abstract. In the article the value bases of the quality of management are presented and the choice of this notion in terms of significance and worthiness is grounded. The mechanism of quality formation as a value in the unity of sense, significance, and experience is identified. The "orienting" nature of quality and sources of its formation as a value are shown. The author reveals the sense-formative and regulatory principles of the quality of management. This approach complements traditional understanding of the quality of management as a combination of management properties, achievement of the goal and results.
