CULTURAL LIFE IN UFA IN THE FIRST YEARS OF SOVIET POWER FORMATION

Abstract. The article deals with the process of cultural construction in the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (BASSR) in the field of theatrical and fine arts in the early years of Soviet power formation. Ufa was a territorial center; consequently the main cultural achievements took place in the capital. Success in cultural construction during the recovery period determined the face of the city for all the subsequent years. It resulted in the formation of a new cultural Soviet society.
