ON TRAINING PEDAGOGICAL STAFF IN HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT UNDER CONDITIONS OF EDUCATION MODERNIZATION

Abstract. The article considers the problem of the modernization of training pedagogical staff under conditions of higher education establishment. The requirements for the mastering of basic educational Bachelor Degree Program in the direction of "Teacher Education" are analyzed. The requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for Bachelor Degree Course in the direction of "Teacher Education" and the strategic documents in the sphere of education modernization are compared. The difficulties of practical implementation of the Standard requirements under conditions of training pedagogical staff in higher education establishment are analyzed.
