DEVELOPING SKILLS AND ABILITIES IN PROJECTIVE DRAWING AT TECHNICAL HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract. The article focuses on analyzing the results of an experiment aimed to develop first-year students’ abilities and skills in projective drawing. The training was conducted according to the program developed on the basis of the theory of step-by-step formation of mental actions. The experiment verified the correctness of the developed program. The students acquired the necessary skills and abilities and used them as a basis to solve the subsequent tasks of technical drawing.
