3D-MODELING SOFTWARE USE IN TEACHING ENGINEERING GRAPHICS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the methodology of teaching the discipline "Engineering Graphics" at universities. By the example of modern graphic packages, the fragments of calculation-graphic works within the section "Engineering Graphics and Computer Modeling" performed both in manual and computer implementation are given. The authors present the examples of serious advantages of "3D-modeling" section introduction into the educational process of general education departments of universities in terms of spatial imagination development that is so necessary to the modern constructor.
